We know shopping online can be hard and we hope that you love everything you buy. However, we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out. If you don't love something you receive then we would be happy to exchange it or return the item under our stated policies and guidelines.

We are pleased to inform you that returns are accepted within the specified guidelines. To begin a return, please locate the 'START A RETURN' link at the bottom of our webpage. A series of questions will prompt you to your return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
If you would like to EXCHANGE an item(s), please email us at beyond436style@gmail.com to request an EXCHANGE.
We will issue a return label to the customer via email after the exchange request has been approved.
Full refunds for online returns are accepted 14 days after delivery.
The refund will be issued back to the customer in the form they choose, once we receive your return order/package.
PLEASE ADVISE:
We will NOT accept returns after 30 days. If a customer fails to send the returnable items back within our time guidelines, the return will not be accepted and a refund will NOT be issued back to the customer.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and handling, while also allowing 2-3 business days for shipping as we are a small business. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving your return.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Please contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number to assist you in resolving this issue.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of your delivery date. Follow or return process above and attach your images to the request. We are not responsible for items that are damaged after they have been worn or washed.
ORDER ERROR
If you have received an incorrect item in your order then please email us at beyond436style@gmail.com within three days of your delivery date with your Order # and an explanation of the error.
Return Guidelines:
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, free of odor and in new condition.
All returns must have original tags ATTACHED.

The following accessories are nonreturnable: bras, belts, hats, scarves, leggings, gloves, etc.
Each item is photographed to its very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Please be aware that various computers and mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective.
IF THESE GUIDELINES ARE NOT MET AND THE RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED, THE REFUND WILL BE OMITTED.
