Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting a small business and shopping with Beyond 436 Boutique!
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing & handling as we are a small business. 
Please also allow an additional 2-3 business days for shipping and handling.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it has been received.

Throughout the months of November and December we ask you allow AT LEAST 10-12 business days for processing & shipping. 

Please keep in mind majority of shopping is now being done online, therefore influx of orders have tripled during this time of the year.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Please contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number to assist you in resolving this issue.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of your delivery date.  Follow or return process above and attach your images to the request.  We are not responsible for items that are damaged after they have been worn or washed.
ORDER ERROR
If you have received an incorrect item in your order then please email us at beyond436style@gmail.com within three days of your delivery date with your Order # and an explanation of the error.

Return Guidelines:

All returns must be unworn, unwashed, free of odor and in new condition.
All returns must have original tags ATTACHED.

The following accessories are nonreturnable: bras, belts, hats, scarves, leggings, gloves, etc.
 
Each item is photographed to its very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Please be aware that various computers and mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective.
 
IF THESE GUIDELINES ARE NOT MET AND THE RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED, THE REFUND WILL BE OMITTED.
